Using Cryptocurrency to Make an Impact.

We are a non-profit organization that enables volunteers around the globe. We create empathy, compassion, and care in the world of cryptocurrency by connecting unpaid volunteers with philanthropic opportunities.
We look for people who want to give back to their local community through care package deliveries and other volunteer work, all funded by generous cryptocurrency donations. We then have a conversation with the volunteer to see how and where they can make the most impact within their local community.
Once the volunteer work is complete, they send in proof of work. We then ensure that every volunteer is reimbursed for their money spent on food and supplies delivered.
Having a cryptocurrency wallet is not necessary. Donating cryptocurrency is not necessary to volunteer. Volunteering is not necessary to donate cryptocurrency.

We envision a world where no human should go hungry and communities care for each other with love, compassion, and kindness.
Homelessness is a wicked problem and a global challenge. The Habitat for Humanity estimated that 1.6 billion people live in inadequate housing,* and the United Nations estimated that more than 100 million people have no housing at all.** While these estimates are slightly outdated, you can probably image that with the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, things haven’t gotten any better.
Crypto For The Homeless works to begin tackling this wicked problem by reimbursing volunteers around the world who give their time delivering supplies and food to houseless and homeless humans.

Homelessness
An ongoing wicked global problem. The condition of lacking stable, safe, and adequate housing. Alternatively, homeless are more respectfully referred being “unhoused”, as home tends to be a more philosophically defined concept that can be found anywhere.

Ken Kim founded in 2018 as a 501(c) non-profit organization registered in the State of New Jersey called “Crypto For The Homeless.” Ken’s experiences with homelessness has shaped his vision to dedicate all cryptocurrency donations towards food donations that are delivered by volunteers around the world.
We’ve Documented Everything.
Crypto For The Homeless was bootstrapped through people’s willingness to donate their time and continues to operate on the backs of volunteers. Anyone involved with Crypto For The Homeless has never been paid outside of being compensated for food purchased. We are proud to say that 0% of our cryptocurrency donations have been used to pay for internal organization operations, as the sole purpose of the donations is to purchase food for people in need.
