Today I went to subway after my clinic time was over. Meatball subs, fully loaded. Don’t really have to say more than that. These homeless guys definitely ate better than me today – and maybe it should be that way always.
These past few weeks, I have received more support AND hate than I have ever seen online in all of the time I have been on the internet (I am 33 y/o by the way). What a funny place. No matter what, I know that I will not be able to satisfy everyone – either the meals are “too cheap”, or “too expensive”, or “no receipts = didn’t happen” or something else. But always something…
I realized the only way to combat this is with an onslaught of pictures – of giving out food/water.
