day 31 – LLC registration + pretzels

I am happy to announce that we have begun the process for registering as a non-profit organization. Thanks to a generous tax attorney volunteering his time, we have officially filed as an LLC and are applying for 501c3 status!!!!!.

this past week, a volunteer handed out food in Canada. Subway for the homeless - I am glad to see more participation!

Haven't made it out in a little bit because of my off-block. Today, I made it a point to go out to Camden and give out some pizza. The reaction from these homeless people really was something else - they were so happy to get any food....
